I hold a Diploma in Community Services, a Certificate IV in Aged Care, and a Certificate III in Home and Community Care. These qualifications, along with my hands-on experience, have given me a deep understanding of the complex needs of older adults and the importance of providing care that is not only professional but also compassionate and respectful.
